Great hostel, good facilities, clean rooms, comfy beds with privacy screens and individual powerpoints. Good location and friendly, helpful staff.

There was no staff but that was because I came at a late time so it’s easy to do self check in. I have a shoulder injury and was placed on the top bunk. It was not easy to contact staff and in the end I just had to deal with it and climb using the wall. Aside from that it’s in an okay location and was clean, but with nice facilities. Such a lovely bed as well

Very neat and nice place, good furnishment - hidden neighbours, great bathrooms, wuite good location - 20min to train station, 12min to Santiago cathedral. Staff is quite polite. Each room has a lock with code.
