Good location, a few min walk from Lungomare Colombo. Clean but aged. Paid parking outside, convenient. Kind staff. Breakfast is included, which isn't too common nowadays .

We booked two rooms with breakfast included. Saw on the confirmation that they were expecting only two guest. Informed them immediately that it would be two guest per room. On arrival they said they didn’t receive the email from Booking.com and made me pay €28 extra, even though the room rate was inclusive of breakfast.

Very friendly staff (especially Ms. Serena, who even gave us a room upgrade). The room was clean and had everything necessary (a kettle, a fridge). Breakfast was fine, but there were no savory options (cheese, vegetables, or eggs).
