The best thing about the hotel was the personnel, who were very helpful, polite and friendly. They accommodated all our requests. The breakfast was superb. The parking was also very spacious and convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff. We got lost and when we phoned the reception the girls were very good guiding us in! We also managed to get a secure indoor parking place as we had a lot of luggage left in the car.

Fantastic staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Spacious room with very comfortable bed - great bathroom. Very close to Santander ferry port - so convenient for travellers. Superb buffet breakfast.
