Location great. The check in staff were good, with some English & were very helpful. Hotel occupants received 10% discount off lunch & dinner in the restaurant.

We found this hotel ideal for our 1 night visit to this city. Location was very central and also close to the bus station aswel . Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we found it very quiet indeed. Found the WiFi to be good .

We loved the wonderful clean smell in the room! The bed was huge and very comfortable. I liked the living door between the bedroom, the dressing area and the bathroom. When either my husband or myself used the bathroom in the night, we weren’t disturbing each other. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. Taxi rank was just outside the main door to the left. We were only there as a stopover prior to a flight back to the UK, but would love to come back and stay here for longer to explore Santander properly.
