Hotel Overview

Hotel Mataleñas is 600 metres from Mataleñas Beach and Cabo Mayor Lighthouse, just outside Santander. Rooms are functional and bright, with a private bathroom, heating and TV.
The hotel is just 500 metres from Mataleñas Golf Course. Santander’s famous Sardinero Beach is a 20-minute walk away. Regular bus services to the city centre stop outside the hotel.
The Mataleñas is in the quiet Cueto residential area, a 15-minute drive from central Santander. There is easy access to the S-20 motorway, and free public parking can be found nearby.
There is no 24-hour reception or tourist information desk.

Location, close to golf course with some good bars and restaurants a short walk.

All the above plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us store our bikes in the garage and were very tolerant of our lack of Spanish.
