Hotel Overview

Hotel Boutique Las Brisas is a charming, family-run hotel located directly opposite Sardinero Beach, set in a beautifully restored 19th-century Indianos mansion, now converted into a boutique hotel.
The property offers 13 individually decorated rooms in elegant classic English style. Rooms are cosy and compact (approx. 10 m²), mostly single or double, some with balconies, and all top-floor rooms feature sea views. They are equipped with Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift and rooms are accessed by stairs (some rooms are located on the ground floor).
A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the dining room. Guests can enjoy a welcome wine upon arrival or complimentary tea and coffee in the library during the afternoon, as well as relax on the pleasant sun terrace.
The hotel is located next to Sardinero Casino and close to Magdalena Palace, just 200 metres from Santander Sports and Exhibition Palace, 2 km from Mataleñas Golf Course, a 10-minute drive from the ferry terminal and 8 km from the airport.

This place is beautifully the interior is timeless and very interesting .it's also very comfortable .. We stayed it 7 places on are trip this was one of only two places that had kettle in the room ..

We found the room very homely and cosy, great location (very close to the beach), and the bathroom and room were spotless. Almudena looked after us very well and took care of all our needs in a very friendly and professional manner.
