In order to improve the guests' stay, renovation works are currently being carried out on the lifts. The establishment regrets any inconvenience caused.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.We do not clean the rooms during the stay. We do not deliver cleaning products or cleaning supplies.Towel change every 3 days on request.Reservations of more than 3 studios are considered group reservations and therefore have special conditions, must be paid at the time of booking and will be considered non-refundable rates.Please note that Estudios Aránzazu will send a link to process a secure online prepayment.Bicycles are not allowed in the studios, and we do not have a storage facility.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

“Comfy, clean and central”

It was a really nice room, very simple. We didn’t spend much time in the room so its smaller size wasn’t an issue. The location was perfect, right next to a bus stop that could get you anywhere in Santander, the place itself was a few minutes into the centre and the closest bars and coffee shops were on the doorstep. There was a 24/7 reception desk which felt very safe and the staff were really nice with great English.

For its price I thought it was going to be just a normal budget room, but to be honest it really exceeded my expectations. The room was big, clean, very comfortable beds, a small kitchenette and the location is perfect! Near cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. I stayed only one night in Santander and it was really good value for money, I had everything I needed.

Clean, spacious room. I chose a smoking room and was pleasantly surprised that the floor and room didn't smell like smoke! The kitchenette is a great feature consisting of a 2 plate stove, fridge, and basic tableware. The bathroom was clean, but beware that the shower is small 😀. Centrally located with bus stops, a short walk away. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
