This was my fourth time staying in Santander and this was by far the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. The property was so central and Oskar couldn’t have been more accommodating. It was my first time staying somewhere alone and I felt so comfortable.

This accommodation is truly immaculate, with the highest possible standards of cleanliness. It's also freshly and tastefully decorated, and our room was well equipped with a microwave and an almost silent fridge. The bed was huge and very comfortable, with snowy white linen, and our room also had a great little terrace. The staff we met were all very helpful and attentive, especially Oskar and Gina, and they are bilingual too. The accommodation is in a very central but quiet location as well, with friendly bars, shops and eateries on the doorstep, as well as a magnificent covered market nearby. Visiting out of season, Centre Suite Acebedos was exceptional value and we feel very lucky to have found it for our stay in Santander.

If we could give this property 15/10 then we would. It was exceptional. Oskar and Maya were super friendly on arrival and Oskar gave us a map of Santander, pointing out places of interest, recommended places to eat etc. He spent about 25 minutes talking to us about the city and where would be good to see and as the weather was very good walks around the city. He explained that there were escalators around the city that took you up some of the streets that were a wee bit hilly. The room was beyond perfect. It was exceptionally clean throughout and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The whole property was great. The location was very central whether you wanted to visit the cathedral, the city center or the waterfront. We were blessed by really nice weather and the balcony was a very nice touch as it was good to have breakfast outside. In the room there was an electric kettle, a microwave and a coffee machine, perfect for making breakfast or a snack when needed!! The bathroom was lovely, the water was always hot, the shower very good and there was a hairdryer at the side of the heated mirror!! We had five nights and it is one of the only times that my wife and I have said it will be good to get back to our own bed!! If we go back to Santander we will definitely book this property again and it was perfection.
