Excellent place to stay off the beaten track with Etna in sight. Beautifu pool and garden. Comfortable beds with great facilities, and we had the most powerful shower.

This charming establishment in the village of Sant'Alfio offers a delightful experience. Its unexpected charm, including a pool, is situated on a side street. The staff provides exceptional service, offering valuable recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with convenient amenities such as a mini-fridge and air conditioning. While the pool has scheduled quiet hours (1-4 pm), this did not pose any inconvenience. For provisions, a mini-market is conveniently located a 5-minute walk away, offering handmade sandwiches and refreshments (closed 1:30-5 pm). Additionally, a bakery (morning hours) and pizzeria (evening hours) are nearby. Please note that the village streets have significant inclines. The main square features bars, a restaurant, a scenic terrace, and a playground. The location is ideal for exploring the Etna park and provides easy access to Taormina and Catania. Highly recommended.

The family hotel ir located in the town in the mountains, at first the narrow roads were a bit intimidating, but every day we appreciated the peace of this place more and more. Very nice and friendly hosts, helped us choose places to see and where to eat. They prepared a hearty breakfast themselves, we could choose what we wanted to eat. A large and spacious yard, a swimming pool, which the children appreciated, and excellent cleanliness - everything you need for a pleasant vacation!
