The amount of care that the staff provided to us. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us! The place itself was just amazing! They always had smiles on their faces and would answer any questions promptly. Magdelena was just beyond amazing! In a heartbeat, we would stay there again and again! Everything ! Peaceful location , gardens were stunning and a perfect place to relax . Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful . One of the nicest , most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in . As you stepped through the door it was like being in an an expensive spa hotel

It was lovely and quiet and just what we needed after 3 days in Rome. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room and the views were amazing looking back across Naples. Had a small pool which was perfect. The shuttle bus was brilliant and the staff even changed the timings to help with a pre booked excursion we had to get us into town. Well worth the small fee and saved us having to us using the train.
