Everything! The owner, Carmella, was a delight. Her associate, Monica, was charming. The hotel is gorgeous, perched high above overlooking the pugliese countryside. Do visit Bistrot Clio for a truly authentic meal. And don't miss Degli Amici Bar where Raphaele makes the best aperol spritz. L' Antica Monastero is almost a zen experience as is the town of Sant Agata. I travel extensively. This is a very special place. I urge you to visit. Tell Carmella I sent you.

The property was the most beautiful, tranquil and clean place to stay. Monica and Carmela were fantastic hosts who were so helpful with everything (including showing us how to use the coffee machine at breakfast!)
