Just 150 mt from Zia Culomba beach, which is smaller and quieter than the bigger ones in Capo Testa (yet 10 min walk). Very clean, spacious room, a very decent restaurant downstairs with catch of the day, and private parking.

This is a very authentic, family run place with tradition and a truly Italian feel. It has character and personality! The location is excellent and rooms are very clean, with daily service keeping the place spotless. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is just great and convenient. We had garden view room, so it was not scenic like the sea-view but inside it was nice and cool in the hot hours and the darker side made it nice to rest. It is perfect as a place to recover when you’re out and about the whole day. There is a mini fridge in the room, so that’s a big plus as well. The most stunning beaches are walking distance and there is a restaurant/bar in house so you can always get refreshments or warm food. We tried the pasta here and the cooking is wonderful! The breakfast is again what you traditionally receive in Italy, a pastry and a coffee, so don’t expect continental breakfast. I read in previous reviews that people were upset about breakfast, it is simple, but this is what the locals have. It is not a touristy hotel with large breakfast. We loved it as a light start and the coffee was great. And same goes for the people. The family who runs the place always tried to help with whatever we needed and were polite and offered great service. This is not a big corporation with customer service etiquette, so don’t expect pleasantries but they are good people and we feel grateful they shared their place with us and made us feel welcome. We had an amazing time! Big thanks to the whole family!
