The facilities are recently renovated so the place is quite new. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and shower are clean, new and functional, and the big terrace provides for a lovely view of the sea and Calabria.

The breakfast is to be enjoyed in a bar nearby. Typical Sicilian style with granita al caffé with whipped cream (if you like it else you can choose anything else, like cappuccino) and brioche (typical Sicilian pastry) or anything else Italian style. I really enjoyed the breakfast somewhat different from what I'm used to. Besides, in the evening at the property you can enjoy the typical Sicilian "Pani cunzatu- Pane condito" with fresh bread baked every evening in a wood oven and filled with different ingredients and of course using local produced extra virgin olive oil. I did enjoyed it! The facility is new with large room and bathroom provided with all comfort including air condition which is very useful when the temperature outside is raising. The location is facing east so you can enjoy the sunrise and watching the sea and the not far away Calabrian shore. Wonderful when you stay under the porch and the Mediterranean breeze is holding you cool. The host (Salvatore) is very friendly and welcoming, keen on the guest's well being, willing to solve any problem that you may incur into and give suggestions and tips about what to see and where to go; he is always no more that one phone call away.
