Personnel is great, always kind, respectful and responsive to any queries we had. Even high rated hotels don't change towels and bedding every second day:). Location is great and close to the town centre so you can avail of other services on the way to the beach (fish spa, restaurants offering Spanish food, sightseeing by helicopter or formula etc). Ponsa is greatly connected with other towns that offer various activities such as amusement parks, water parks, and capital city is 20min away by bus. Strongly recommend the public transport eg buses as its very convenient, fast, and tickets can be purchased in the bus by tapping your phone or card. We love Ponsa and we'll definitely come back:)

For the price we paid it was exceptional, it has everything you need and the rooms are very spacious. Rooms were clean and the pool area is lovely.
