New property (codes for the main door and room) close to the sea, but the neighborhood isn't the best. The rooms are modern, the air conditioning is difficult to manage, and the view of the internal courtyard is very sad.

Great location, communicative host, excellent room and bathroom. Very clean, super comfortable mattress and temperature control. View was of an indoor courtyard - not the prettiest but very cooling.
