Best location possible, great room with amazing views, the beach is 5 mins the pier 2 mins. The hotel provides the use of beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and even surfboards which was so convenient for us.

Awesome staff, beautiful clean rooms that were also huge! Lots of space. Location is great - a few steps to the pier and shopping. Loved it all.

I was unwell when we arrived and the staff arranged for a doctor to visit within the hour. They also arranged for our rooms to be available earlier than the usual check in time. With our rooms right next door to each other and a gorgeous ocean view. So very thankful to the staff. We also had a delicious lunch in the restaurant/bar. The food was great and staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location right at the start of the Pier where th plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Our stay at the Pierside was the absolute perfect way to end our three week trip around the US. Book this hotel and you won’t be disappointed.

Rooms were spacious and clean, lots of great (free) amenities to take advantage of (e-bike hire, beach & pool towels, surfboard hire etc), and the location is hard to beat.
