When we checked out we had the most amazing lady there, I don’t remember her name, but she was super sweet! She upgraded our room because we had AMEX, the room was huge, no complaints. The location is also good. But then…

Great room but housekeeping did not leave enough towels or replenish toiletries. Staff kindly brought up a mini fridge and roller bed.
