Great location: 5-10 mins walk to all of: Santa Monica beach, shopping mall, 7-Eleven. Staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us and were really friendly. Room (a mini-suite i.e. separate bedroom, bathroom, living room) was comfy, well maintained and kept spotlessly clean and tidy by housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was pleasant enough.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hilton Santa Monica at the start of our West Coast trip and it was a great choice. Our smaller room on the 8th floor had a lovely view, and the beds were comfy. Reception was welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and fresh. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The pool is nice, though a bit noisy from the street, and the gym is clean, well-equipped, and has Peloton bikes. Breakfast had plenty of options, including cereal, fruit, pastries, pancakes, and bacon—maybe not the most extensive, but more than enough. Overall, a great place to relax and recover from the jet lag.

Really good Santa Monica location, super close to the beach and pier. Great pool - bit of a lack of seats given the time of year we visited.
