Great spot by Ocean Ave. Hotel lobby and restaurant comfortable and well laid out. Excellent coffee shop with great staff and bagels! (off the menu so ask!)

Unfortunately, this did not live up to a 5-star standard. One of the most frustrating aspects was the uncertainty around late checkout—you’re only told on your last day whether it’s possible, which makes planning difficult. Basic conveniences were also lacking; there’s no in-room drinking water restocked, so I had to walk all the way to the elevator area every day just to get some. The toiletries were minimal, not what you’d expect at this level, and the hotel itself felt tired and run down. While it may have once had premium appeal, it clearly hasn’t been maintained to justify the price. Overall, the experience felt more like a 4-star stay dressed up in a 5-star price tag.

Love the grounds, reception and pool area. Location is nice and views are beautiful. Staff and cleaners are very very lovely. Seafood restaurant across the road is great for lunch.
