Staff is amazing, always smilling and helping you with the best possible service. I'm going back next year. Food is unbelievable, sea is a bit rough at times but depends on the time of the year i guess.

very clean and seems resorty. i looove the palm tree forest that is 5mins walk on a beach far away. There could be more sunbeds tho. Laundry service very affordable!!

I loved Masaya, it is gorgeous, the staff is extremely nice and the service is fantastic. The dorms are super comfortable and have everything you might need. They have 24/7 reception service and help with anything you might need. The common areas are also gorgeous.
