Minors must register in the company of one of their parents by presenting the civil birth registry, which allows verifying the degree of relationship in the first degree of consanguinity (father - child) and if it is another person, it must be an adult. This must present written authorization duly authenticated before a notary by one of the parents who appear in the civil birth registry or an equivalent document in the case of foreign minors, attaching an identification document original of the responsible parent.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The Irotama Lago hotel is perfect for families with kids (main pool with slide, kids club but must be accompanied by parent) and provides access to all their properties within the same vicinity. Beach in front of the hotel is not private but the hotel has plenty of security around. Quality of the breakfast & options are ample and include a lot of local Caribeño plus continental food options. There are 13 restaurants, we tried two for a la carte dinners and they were just ok. There’s a small shopping nearby Zazue with a variety of shops like a Carulla, casual dining, beach wear, etc. Overall a great stay.

Breakfast was ok. Buffet dinner looked poor. Italian was ok. Overall this is a great hotel for a short break. Pools are good. More 4* than 5* I'd say
