The owner himself helped me with my booking with Avianca, he was super polite and offered to accompany me to the office and help me have the booking sorted, after spending an hour in the phone with the flight company. By the way, the person attending the welcome desk gave me his phone to have the call. The breakfast was super tasty, the hotel is clean, beautiful and well located. I absolutely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! It was super clean and in an amazing location. The best part, though, was the friendly and professional staff. Everyone was so polite, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room, which was really thoughtful since I didn't mention it was my birthday! Huge thanks to the team, and I can't wait to come back next time!💚
