Edén Los Abuelos 2 is an entire and private floor of a two-floor building. For reasons of sustainability in an environment of high natural value, the cabin does not have hot water or air conditioning. However, we enjoy a very pleasant microclimate and most of the time you do not miss it.The village of Minca does not have drinking water and neither does the cabin.Please remember that smoking is forbidden in all areas of the propertyDue to the nature of our property, please reduce the noise to the maximum to respect other guest´s rest. This will help to all our guests to enjoy and relax during their stay.Guests must show a valid identification document upon check-in and on before the arrival they must fill out a form that will be shared through an automated message for the Colombian authorities.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Rating: ★★★★★ We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful jungle house in Minca! The absolute highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and equipped with two hammocks and a cozy sitting area. Whenever we were at the house, we spent most of our time there, simply soaking in the sounds of the jungle. Sipping a cold beer or just relaxing in that setting was pure bliss. The location is fantastic—peaceful and slightly remote, yet within easy walking distance of Minca’s center. Even closer is a great restaurant with a lovely view. The house itself is extremely comfortable, with a large, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. Our kids (ages 6 and 3) loved it, and so did we! The owners are wonderful—kind, helpful, and super easy to communicate with. They even showed us a hidden riverside beach off the beaten path, which was the perfect last stop before we left Minca. We stayed for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature but still close to everything, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Eden Los Abuelos 2 is located on a small road above Minca town. It is secluded, looking out over beautiful nature, with lots of birds (also seen on birdwatching tours) right from your own balcony, like toucans, hummingbirds but dozens more species too. The apartment is very spacious, very comfortable. My travel companion got sick, so we were very fortunate to have a large bedroom with attached bathroom, and also a fold out bed with its own bathroom. Everything was very clean, with crispy fresh bed linens and towels. We were told beforehand that the bathroom didn't have hot water, turned out it did. Very pleasant. The kitchen is very complete, with a tea towel, sponge, washing up liquid and even spices to use. The hosts are very hospitable and welcoming and offer lots of information on the area. It's about a ten minute walk up from the towncenter (or down), a mototaxi from the town center cost about 500 pesos. The arguably best feature though is the large verandah/balcony, with two hammocks, lawn chairs and a couch, to relax and unwind, spotting birds and enjoying nature. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the very begging I felt very welcomed and took care of. The communication with owners was very fast and easy. They were very helpful, we could asked them different questions. The house was beautiful and comfortable even for family with 2 kids. There was hot water which is not common in Colombia and the view was amazing.

The location is a 10 minutes walk from Minca center. The apartment is new and clean. It has a large terrace with breathtaking views on the valley. What’s more, you can observe birds in the morning (we saw a tucan family from there, you just need to listen…).
