The staff working in the hotel café are the kindest and most helpful, and they make a really delicious breakfast and wonderful coffee.

Great location in old town, close to a supermarket and main streets. Was on a pedestrian road. Nice rooftop to chill during a hot day. Friendly staff. Interesting paintings for sale. Cute cats:)

Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us, letting us leave part of our luggage during a trip to Parque Tayrona, and graciously allowing us to take a shower after we returned and before going to the airport. The room had a lovely cozy decoration and the facilities were totally adequate. The restaurant on the ground floor offered tasty comfort food. Location was great, still in old town but not in the thick of it. So at least for us it was quiet (by Colombian standards, of course.) WiFi was good.
