Amazing place with a superb view. Rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning every room. Breakfast was delivered in a basket, and it was tasteful every morning. Their wines were good, we liked especially the white one. The pool area had a super view to the valley. Everything was just perfect.

Traditional farmhouse in its own vineyard, been in the same family for four generations. José and Elaine were warm and friendly hosts. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The views were stunning and it’s such a tranquil place, to sit on the terrace or take a dip in the swimming pool. Two days was too little time and we would love to return soon!

Absolutely stunning! The views are incredible. The little chapel on the grounds was magical. The pool was a lovely temperature and set up wonderfully - there were even drinks you could help yourself to and pay for later, much appreciated on a hot day! The apartment was well appointed. The breakfast basket was wonderful - very generous with everything included you could want (orange juice, coffee, fresh and hot bread and croissant, muffins, meats, cheese, chutney). The host was very welcoming and shared the history of the property, which was very interesting. Would highly recommend! We will be back.

This is a lovely, calm and quiet sanctuary. After spending busy days touring the Duoro valley it was so nice to return to this private, refined location. Our hosts were lovely.
