Paolo is an excellent host. The property is located in heart of Santa Maria, very close to all amenities, restaurants and attractions. We were very well looked after and Paolo's knowledge, hospitality and flexibility made our stay very pleasant.

The location good for resturants and small shops. The fridge worked. We could come and go as we liked. The place got cleaned every 3 days so not tripping over people constantly trying to get in the room trying to do thier jobs
