Walking into the grounds of the hotel was a delight. Beautiful stonework, white rendered walls and a timber gazebo with bougainvillea trailing over. We upgraded our smaller classic room to a larger freestanding deluxe room as the weather was looking bad and we thought we’d be spending more time indoors than first expected. Beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and it was lovely. There is a private path to the beach, a gorgeous wooded area with sun loungers overlooking the sea and also on the beach itself. There is a beach bar and grill in this area too but was closed being the end of the summer season. There is a lovely pool too closer to the main hotel area.
