The place is perfect. Few minutes walking from the beach. We had the room number 4 in the top floor, it has two balconies, one with the mountains view, the other with the sea. You can always have sun during the day. The room has a dedicated parking spot in front of the building. Alessio was an amazing host, always available for any help or advice. Sparkling water dispenser is also a nice recent addition. There are also two cute cats that live in the bottom floor and hang around the garden. 10/10, we would love to be back.

Good location, across the road from the big beach, another beach is 5 min walk as well. Short walk from the village Santa Maria Navaresse where you find restaurants and cafes, supermarket. Great location to go on a boat trip.

The place was in a great location and only a few mins walk from the beach and town. Alessio was a great host and really helpful when it came to local recommendations! The place was clean and a great view from the balcony. Would love to come back!

The owner was very kind and helpful. The property itself was a short walk from a beach. So in the morning, we went to the beach to have a coffee and a croissant in the beach bar/cafe. The room had a comfy bed and a private bathroom. It was in the very last floor of the building. It has a balcony, so we had some meals on the balcony enjoying the sun.
