Beautiful location, next to the Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. Super comfy rooms and a super continental breakfast. There are lots of restaurants around.

The breakfast was a good travlers' hotel type of spread, with very fresh croissants, fruit, and an assortment of other foods and beverages. There was a staff person on hand to assist in any special needs.

Great place on the central square of village, close to magnificent cathedral and train station Assisi: 10 minutes to Spello, 20 to Perugia, bus stop to Assisi and to airport is literally a few steps :)
