I loved my stay! The owners were polite and attentive. The hotel was beautiful, the view was great and it was clean. The breakfast was very good. The owner also has a restaurant downstairs, with good food and very fair prices. I recommend it and I would come back if possible!

Close to Assisi train station and Maria Degli Angeli Basilica, free bus service to St Francis ender 30 minutes all day. Get tickets at the tobacconist or you can pay the bus driver. Please wave the bus down. ... or they will not stop. You can get the bus at the train station or beside the left side of the Basilica in The Pax et Benot sign on the floor near the little outdoor hut stores.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed, convenient to be near station but no noise, lots of restaurants/trattorias etc nearby. Close to the museum and also a supermarket. Trattoria just down stairs provided a delicious dinner. C

I found this place in the last moment before arrival... and it was perfect choice. Nice restaurant serving tasty breakfasts, big room, your own bathroom. You have easy access to visit Assisi old town. Very helpful staff. 10/10
