3 star property, 10 star staff. Enjoyed our stay here in beautiful Santa Margherita Ligure. Room, breakfast and location were perfect. The staff were exceptional. Short (flat) walk to everything, including train station (flat ish walk) and bus to Portifino. Got stuck in Portifino and walked back (5km) flat ish with fabulous views.

The location was fantastic and the staff very friendly. I was late checking in due to traffic and could not notify them. However, they had sent me detailed instructions for self-check in. I truly appreciated it and made my life much easier. The hotel was very clean. The lady in charge of breakfast was lovely, too.
