Best service and hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The apartment is exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable, and well located near both shops and the beach. You can reach Portofino easily by boat or by bus, which stops right outside the apartment. Fred, the host, made everything easy. He gave helpful local tips, stocked the place with snacks and drinks, and was available at any time if we had questions or needed anything. I’ve never come across this level of service or friendliness before. If you’re visiting Santa Margherita or Portofino, this place is a no-brainer.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely amazing. The host Fred was extremely kind and the level of hospitality was exceptional. One of the best experiences I have had so far.

We had such a warm welcome! Fred was so kind and helpful, it made the trip even better! The jacuzzi tub was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, he brought us breakfast and snacks, the space was clean, and the location was perfect! He also helped us find parking which was super helpful. We were given great information on how to get to Portofino and the best route. We took his advice and I’m so glad we did. Overall, we will be sharing his info with people who are heading that way. Highly recommended.
