The location is perfect: there is a very nice beach at walking distance and dozens of other famous, stunning beaches (Chia, Tuerredda) within a 15 to 30 minutes car ride. The villa has all the comforts, including a precious shower in the garden, to get refreshed after a ping pong rally, or coming from the beach.

We have spent 9 nights in the Villa Giuva. The house was very nice and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a large American fridge, which we really appreciated. It was spacious enough for 10 people, with ample, roomy spaces that were very clean and cozy. The terrace and garden provided a pleasant area with plenty of shade. A bonus feature was the ping pong table area with night lighting and an outdoor shower. Access to the beach was very easy, via an approximately 200-meter long gravel road. The beach was clean with beautiful colours. A positive aspect was that it wasn't crowded, giving us plenty of space. We could play pétanque and other beach games without being disturbed by others. Since the sea was crystal clear and the beach was perfect, we didn't feel the need to visit other beaches in the area. This place was truly top-notch for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place. We were two families, totalling 10 people, and we didn't lack anything in this house or location.
