Please note that the pool is open from June until September.Please note that by Italian law we are obliged to report all our guests to the competent authority (local police station) within 24 hours after their arrival.You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. The rental price for a double bed is 17,00 € per week. Bed linen for a single bed cost 12,00 € per week. A set of towels (one small, one medium, one large) costs 8,00 € per week. Linen and towels must be requested at least one week before arrival.Please note that electricity is at an extra cost and is charged according to consumption with 0.46 €/kWh.A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.A tourist tax is required to be paid at arrival.Water, heating, and final cleaning fees are included in the rate.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Two secluded twin houses with private swimming pool. The swimming pool is nice, clean and maintained regularly. Terrace with bbq and sea view. Really nice beach with shallow crystal clear water in 15 min walking distance from the house.

The house is in a lovely location and the views are stunning. The pool is amazing, and sharing it with one other villa means you had it basically to yourself. You're not far from a number of beaches. The house also has dishwasher and washing machine which is a huge bonus. Dinner out on the terrace was great, as was the built in bbq. The check-in lady and her dad were absolutely gorgeous, really helpful, kind and really tried to accommodate any requests - they are an absolute credit to the owners. Ample sun loungers by the pool (but see below).

Perfect for 2 families. House is spacious and well planned. Swimming pool is really cool and clean. View from the house is quite good.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Villanova. We loved the location, the space, the view and the pool.
