Good size room, with space for more than 2 people to sit, that wasn't on the bed. Bottled water readily available in the room and also by the outdoor pool. Use of towelling giwns and slippers, plus pool towels for the lovely pool which was heated plus 2 hot tubs ( though both of those were too hot for my comfort) Easy, accessible valet parking in the hotel's underground car park Great location, just 5 mins walk to The Plaza

Location is perfect. We love the lobby and people can relax there.
