Excellent location, in the center of Santa Cruz, on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and cafes. Very confortable room, well appointed and equipped. Very helpful staff. Good to have some parking space (though very limited, and paid extra) right at the door of the hotel, since parking is very problematic in the center.
