IDENTITY DOCUMENTS (photo included) and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION will be requested, without holding money just simply as a guarantee in case of extra charge or damage.
If you do not do it, you will have to pay an extra charge of €50.00 for being attended to outside business hours after 17 hs.If you are not satisfied with this security measure, you will have to contact the hotel or proceed with the cancellation of your reservation according to the conditions of the rate you selected..

The hotel is very central, clean, and furnished with charm. The staff was really helpful and they gave us a lot of information, very supportive and always smiling. Thank you so much Federica and Vicky for all your attention, it made our stay in Santa Cruz special.

Breakfast started too late for a business trip. Noisy location but ear plugs provided. Nice place, clean and comfortable
