In person reception hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, after which emergencies are attended to by telephone.For this reason it is ESSENTIAL TO CARRY OUT THE COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK-IN FOR ALL GUESTS maximum 24 hours before your arrival to give us time to activate your access code and send you all the useful information for your stay with us.
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS (photo included) and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION will be requested, without holding money just a (0.50 charge for management fees) simply as a guarantee in case of extra charge or damage.If you arrive after 5:00 PM and have not completed the online check-in, your reservation may unfortunately be considered a no-show and automatically canceled without the possibility of a refund.In some cases, and only upon request and depending on the receptionist's availability, it may be possible for someone to return to the property to assist you. Please note that this service would incur an additional fee of €70.00.If you are not satisfied with this security measure, you will have to contact the hotel or proceed with the cancellation of your reservation according to the conditions of the rate you selected..

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, the atmosphere is comfortable, and everything was just perfect. But most importantly — the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always ready to assist. A special thank you for helping me out even when I accidentally locked my safe — the support was fast and professional. Thank you very much for your service, we would be happy to come back again!
