In person reception hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, after which emergencies are attended to by telephone.For this reason it is ESSENTIAL TO CARRY OUT THE COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK-IN FOR ALL GUESTS maximum 24 hours before your arrival to give us time to activate your access code and send you all the useful information for your stay with us.
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS (photo included) and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION will be requested, without holding money just a (0.50 charge for management fees) simply as a guarantee in case of extra charge or damage.If you arrive after 5:00 PM and have not completed the online check-in, your reservation may unfortunately be considered a no-show and automatically canceled without the possibility of a refund.In some cases, and only upon request and depending on the receptionist's availability, it may be possible for someone to return to the property to assist you. Please note that this service would incur an additional fee of €70.00.If you are not satisfied with this security measure, you will have to contact the hotel or proceed with the cancellation of your reservation according to the conditions of the rate you selected..

The location of the hotel is very good - right in the buzzing area of Santa Cruz. There is a parking spot where you can leave the car for 15 minutes to unload your bags, which is very convenient. There are also underground parking spaces nearby, not too expensive either. The host will provide you with all this information before arrival. The building is old, but the rooms are fully renovated and modernised. The bed is very comfortable, we had an amazing sleep. We didn't use the relaxation area on the roof, but it is a nice addition. The pool is very small though, it's not for swimming, more for lounging. The host, Vicky, was extremely nice and helpful.
