Very beautiful modern apartment. Location is very central and walkable to city. Parking is difficult to be found but in 5min walk the underground public parking can be used but its payed day parking.

Spotlessly clean, modern, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The complementary water, coffee, tea and snacks was a lovely touch. The rooms were well soundproofed so there was barely any street noise. The check in process was easy and we were advised how to get in touch with the host if we needed anything, which we didn't. Fantastic location. I hope to stay here again and I'd recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Santa Cruz. Exceptional value for money
