There was nothing not to like. The staff were friendly and very helpful The hotel is better than the photos and the terrace is beautiful. We had a lovely, large room with sea views and the most comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

It really was an excellent experience. The boutique hotel is beautiful and tasteful. The location is quiet yet in the historic city centre of lovely Santa Cruz. Staff and owners very likeable. Stay there if you can. Full recommendation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a central location, close to shops and cafes. The breakfast was excellent.
