Very friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. I had a room with a sea view, and I could hear the sound of the waves at night. I was initially worried about parking because there are no spaces directly at the hotel, but I found it quite easy to find free spaces nearby.

We have been traveling for a few weeks in the Canary Islands and this place was my favourite. Super friendly and exceptional staff, amazing location, beautiful hotel with a cozy café/breakfast area and roof top, the room was beautifully decorated, spotless clean and equipped with everything you need. I'll definitely return :-)

Great location, mega friendly staff, really nice breakfast, there was nothing to improve, tbh. We were quite bummed we could only stay for 1 night and next time we're here, we will stay for longer :)

Location was excellent. Right in the middle of the town, but from the 4th floor, the [very tiny] balcony had a nice view of the beach, not far away. Santa Cruz is nice and quiet overnight, so was able to sleep with the sliding window open and rock off to the sound of the waves on the beach. Best night's sleep I've had in ages. All spotlessly clean and well-appointed. WiFi worked a treat. Breakfast was fabulous, fresh and plentiful. Would certainly use again and really quite sorry I only stayed one night.
