Nice location 10 minute walk to Porto miggiano beach and 15 minute walk into Santa cesarea terme town. great position for discovering the East coast of Salento. Breakfast was nice. staff were very nice and helpful.

The location was good and the lady hosting very welcoming. Easy to find and park outside. The room was very clean, nice white bed linen and plenty of towels and the area outside at the back great to be able to chill on our own and dry clothes. A/C worked very well in the room which was great. We went swimming several times at the nearby cove - couldn't call it a beach as the beach area was tiny - you could sit on the rocks/man-made concrete platform and the water in the cove was amazing. This made the location special. It was very very busy on Sunday but luxurious when we went for a swim at 7am this morning. The actual town has limited facilities and only a few restaurants. It looked rather run-down to me, as if it had seen better days.
