Absolutely wonderful staff: friendly, helpful and always with a smile on the face. It makes all the difference! Room was clean and quiet, which I value a lot. Comfortable beds and absolutely wonderful breakfast!

The Reception staff were so lovely, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our two recent stays there before and after the cruise. A little bit away from the wharf usually E35 in a taxi but really worth it. Shops, pharmacy, Aldi store and restaurants nearby, walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel.
