The view from the rooftop is fantastic and there is a sun longer, sun chair and a table and chairs for morning coffee. The apartment has a very typically Tuscan feel. The owners stayed in contact and were on hand if we needed anything. Lovely stay!

A beautiful medieval tower set in Sansepolcro. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in the town and enjoy the sights. We were met by Andrea and shown the property and how everything worked. The terrace at the top of the tower was perfect. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a delightful 360-degree view of the surrounding area of Sansepolcro with a glass of local wine and fresh produce. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and a perfect location for our holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you, Andrea!

The owner Andrea met us at the property and show us around. The place was absolutely clean, with beautifully decorated. The roof top terrace was amazing, and the location was also superb. Truly one of the best and most unique places we’ve ever stayed anywhere around the world! Such a quirky place amazing history and lovely features. The private rooftop terrace was exceptional in the rain and the sunshine, will most definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends. Location was wonderful, hosts were great. Just book!
