A simple, small room without any fancy elements but it is clean and that' what important. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great location, right in the heart of the town. Also very good in price/value. Highly recommended to those who travel solo, stays few nights or maybe a week..

Excellent location. Right in the centre of Sanremo. It was 2 minutes walk to the Ariston Theatre and 5 minutes walk to the beach. I was a woman alone, and the area is very safe at night. Shops, station, coach station and all main attractions all very close. The room had a TV, en-suite bathroom with shower. There was a desk, wardrobe and fridge in room and the host was such a lovely lady. She was very kind and although I changed my check in time a few times, she was very accommodating and understanding. You get a code to enter so you can come in and out easily at any time. Very happy with my stay. Highly recommended.

Great location and the staff are very helpful. The room is much more spacious than I had imagined it would be and had a large bathroom as well. It is very basic but was perfect for what I needed.
