Owner was extremely flexible with accommodating us, going above and beyond in regards to meeting us at a time that suited us and showing us around the accommodation and how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble and he was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. Excellent communication from booking to arriving as well as arranging our transport to the airport following with a reliable safe driver. Would certainly recommend staying here to anyone coming to enjoy the city.

Location was amazing, lovely authentic building, big apartment and large balcony overlooking busy town. Fantastic stay and amenities included - other reviews mention buskers outside but we actually liked it gave it a more street vibe listening to people below and music sitting on the balcony of an evening - 7 min walk to the Marina and 5 min walk to the beach. - bus station is like a 6 min walk from property and are quite regular to get around places like Bussanna etc

Lorenzo is a fantastic host. He gave us all the information we needed prior to our stay. He also gave us great tips for places to eat. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. It is very comfortable and well furnished. Another of its great features for us are the location and the terrace. You walk out the front door and you are on the main pedestrian shopping mall. The terrace is large with lots of comfortable furniture and is just above the mall. This was our first visit to Sanremo and we are looking forward to staying in Lorenzo's apartment again.
