Hotel Overview

Surrounded by a scenic Alpine landscape, Romantik Hotel Wastlwirt, family-owned for 25 years, is located in the picturesque village of Sankt Michael im Lungau. It offers a spa area with a big indoor pool, a sauna zone, a fitness room, and a sunbathing lawn. The Romantic Spa provides individual wellness treatments. The spa area and indoor pool can be used from 07:00.
A healthy breakfast buffet is available every morning. In the evening, traditional regional specialities are served in the restaurant, while romantic dinners are served in the cellar rooms. The restaurant features cosy lounges, historic vaulted cellars, and a beer garden.
Live show cooking is offered each evening in the Rauchkuchl. The Wastlwirt’s wine cellar offers a wide range of fine wines.
2 ski areas with a wide range of winter sports options are very close. In summer, the surrounding area offers possibilities for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and golf. The A10 motorway is just a 5-minute drive away.

I totally enjoyed my stay and the staff did a great job helping it to be relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent and a great value for the money. The view was gorgeous. I just wish we could have stayed for 3 nights instead of 1. The pool, sauna's, and steam room were fantastic.
