The apartment was very spacious i love that we had a huge walk in wardrobe! it was very convenient that our room was right next to the elevator as my girlfriend is disabled meaning she didn't have to walk very far. When we first got there the ledge to get out to the pool was difficult for my girlfriend to get down but they put a ramp in 2 days into our stay which was nice. The staff were very clear about check in and check out procedures which were very helpful :)

Easy to collect, however we didn’t receive instructions prior to our arrival. But this was all rectified once we called to get further advice on how to check in.
