close to both bus and train station, 5 min walk to the beach, close to attractions, eg zoo, dinosaur isle and Shanklin. Helpful staff, didnt meet them but they were only a text away should we have had any problems.

The rooms and ensuite facilities were excellent, as was the pre arrival communication. There was a nice communal outside patio area but unfortunately the weather was not suitable to use it.

The property was clean in a quiet area. The local buses was very convenient to use as the bus stop is at the end of the driveway.Tony kept us informed there was a decorator working he was very pleasant and a tidy worker.
