Lovely people that run this place very welcoming, breakfast was brilliant with lots of options, room was great comfy bed and nice shower and its right by the sea front.

It was spotless. Comfy beds. Hot shower. Amazing breakfast with a good choice. Welcoming and warm hosts who went the extra mile for their guests. Would highly recommend. Great value for money. Close to the beach and transport links. No need for a car.

Lovely, clean, ensuite room. Justine and John are fabulous hosts, making you feel welcome and well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and set me up every day of the Isle of Wight Festival. I would thoroughly recommend this gorgeous B&B. I'll be back!
