Fair oak is the best in sandown. It is right outside the bus stop where you can tour around the island. The pier and beach is about a 5 minute walk and also there are restaurants and bars dotted about.the owner Wilma will be available if any problems arise, and you can be assured that she will do her upmost to make you welcome.the rooms have all you need to make your evenings special. Big TV with Netflix and bbc I player also Disney. The showers are lovely, and the kitchen net has all you need to make that special dinner for 2,or1...

The accommodation was cosy, but very well set up, well heated and very comfortable. It was perfect for us. The owner texted me with information on how to get there and how to get in. She even gave me a phone call because she was worried about whether we got in OK, which is very touching.

Great location, clean, sunny spacious, well decorated and well orientated studio apartment. Wilma communicated with me to ensure I gained access into the apartment she was very helpful.
